I started SWEAT because I understand the powerful impact of transformation through team support, proper guidance, and a loving community. I believe that we all deserve to feel 100% confident in who we are and investing in your health & fitness is the starting catalyst to transforming your life.
I’m a Baltimore boy who grew up overweight, battled body dysmorphia, and overall not liking who I was. The catalyst to changing my life was the sudden passing away of my mother at the age of 18 from heart disease.
At this point, fitness became a refuge for me to direct my pain into a positive space, empower myself emotionally, strengthen myself mentally, & fortify myself physically.
I learned early that life is short and you are the only one in control of your health & happiness. We are here to help support you, hold you accountable, give you the guidance you need, and foster the community to make you transform.
Thank you for allowing us to help you change your life.

Why did you become a SWEAT Coach?
As a former track and field athlete, I initially avoided the weight room because I felt self-conscious about my size. That changed when I started pole dancing and noticed the definition developing in my back. This newfound confidence motivated me to get a gym membership and work through workouts with the guidance of a personal trainer. Over time, I earned a personal training certificate and began helping others achieve their fitness goals.
