My passion for changing lives through fitness comes from my personal journey to find happiness. Growing up an overweight gay black boy in Baltimore City wasn’t easy. I battled body dysmorphia and overall not liking who I was. This was my individual burden for over half of my life. The catalyst to changing my life was the sudden passing away of my mother at a young age from heart disease.
At this point, it hit me that life is short and that I am the only one in control of my health and happiness. My experience overcoming my own weight loss struggles gives me a different perspective when motivating my clients. I don’t see followers, I see the old me.

What is something a few people know about you?
My life plan was to become a dentist….until it wasn’t lol

Why did you become a SWEAT Coach?
To support people in eliminating self doubt/ creating new possibilities through showing them that they actually can do the things they thought they couldn’t and be better at it than they even imagined. It can start with fitness and spread to all aspects of life.

What is something a few people know about you?
Originally I wanted to be an astronomer because I have a deep curiosity of the cosmos.

Why did you become a SWEAT Coach?
I want to help people be more confident in themselves. Fitness is a journey where you learn to be disciplined, build a functional sexy body, gain knowledge and inspire others. If that doesn’t help you gain confidence I don’t know what does.

Why did you become a SWEAT Coach?

Being a former athlete, I was always told what to do when it came to training. I decided to learn to teach fitness and pass forward my love for fitness by becoming a fitness coach.
